Call me Yang. I’m a writer and philosopher that grew up in, and still resides in, New York City. My areas of interest include Continental philosophy, philosophy of religion, political theology, historical and contemporary religious practice in America, and what I call the 3 M’s: metaphysics, morality, and mimesis. After I finish my graduate studies, I plan on being (or becoming?) a philosophy professor.

You can email me with requests for book reviews, guest essays, and podcast appearances. Or praise and flattery. Or unhinged diatribes. Or death threats. The possibilities are endless!

(Though, as someone that rejects the idea of free will, I actually don’t think any possiblities exist.)
